Acrylic nails

Acrylic is a sculpted extension built from liquid and powder, then shaped and finished in your chosen colour. It is the sturdiest option on the menu, which makes it a good fit if you want noticeable length, a defined shape such as almond or square, or a set that has to stand up to daily work. A full acrylic set with a dry manicure is $55, and refills are $50.

Gel-X nails (also written Gel X)

Gel-X is a soft gel extension system: a pre-shaped full-cover tip is bonded to the natural nail with gel and cured, rather than sculpted by hand. It is lighter and more flexible than acrylic and typically takes less filing to apply, so it suits anyone who prefers a thinner, more natural-feeling extension. A Gel-X set with a dry manicure is $65. Soak-off removal for Gel-X and Aprés tips is $20.

Which one should you choose?

If you are unsure, mention it in your booking notes. As a general guide, acrylic tends to suit longer and more dramatic shapes and heavier daily wear, while Gel-X suits shorter to medium lengths and anyone who finds acrylic too rigid. Both can be finished with French tips, chrome, cat eye, marble or custom artwork.

Every service begins with a dry manicure — cuticle work, shaping and prep done without soaking, which helps colour adhere and last longer. From there you can finish with regular polish ($15), shellac ($25) or OPI gel colour ($35).

Shellac and gel are cured under lamp, so there is no drying time before you leave and the colour keeps its shine for around two weeks. Regular polish is the gentlest option and a good choice for a short-notice event or for younger clients.

Pedicures

Pedicures are available with regular polish ($45) or with shellac ($55) for longer wear. Toenail removals are priced separately on the menu below.

Nail art is added per set on top of your chosen service. French tips, chrome, cat eye and marble effect are $10 each, 3D nail art is $15, and fully custom artwork designed for your set is $25. Extra length starts at $5.

How often should I book a refill?

Every two to three weeks keeps acrylic and gel sets looking their best and protects the natural nail underneath. Gel refills are $45 and acrylic refills are $50.

Removals

Removal is priced separately so you only pay for what you need: shellac removal is $10, SNS is $20, Aprés and Gel-X soak-off is $20, and acrylic removal is $25. Work applied by another salon is welcome — please mention it in your booking notes so enough time is set aside.

Before your appointment

Come with clean, product-free nails where possible, and allow a little extra time if you need a removal first. If you have a reference photo, have it ready on your phone.

Aftercare

Avoid using your nails as tools, wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, and keep cuticle oil handy — daily oil keeps the product flexible and helps prevent lifting. If a nail chips or lifts early, a single-nail fix is $5.

Final pricing can vary with length and design detail. A booking deposit secures your time and comes off your total on the day.
